Since 1993, Lineberger's Tree Service, Inc has proudly served the Raleigh and Triangle communities as a family-owned and operated business built on professionalism, integrity, and personal service.
Founder Brent Lineberger was born and raised in Raleigh and graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in Forestry and Wildlife. He previously served as adjunct faculty in the university’s Fisheries and Wildlife program.
Beverly Lineberger also graduated from NC State University, earning dual degrees in Biological Sciences and Science Education. She formerly worked as a staff member in the Fisheries and Wildlife department at NC State and remains actively involved in the Triangle community as a volleyball coach.
Brent and Beverly have two children, Brayden and Bella. In 2024, Brayden joined the family business, continuing the next generation of Lineberger's serving their local community.

Backed by more than 33 years of industry experience, he combines expert knowledge and technical skills to provide the highest quality tree care services.

Beverly has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2011. Working primarily in the office, she is often the first point of contact for many of our clients, using her industry knowledge and experience to help diagnose tree concerns, answer questions, and connect customers with the right services and team members for their specific needs.

Caleb has been a valued member of our team for over eight years. A proud NC State graduate, he is also a skilled climber and OSHA-qualified crane operator. Caleb serves as a production manager, crew supervisor, estimator, and consulting arborist, bringing leadership, professionalism, and extensive field expertise to every project.

Mary Ann brings decades of experience to our team. She holds a B.S. in Plant Sciences from Cornell University and an A.A.S. in Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY Farmingdale. She most recently retired from the City of Raleigh as an Urban Forester and is an ISA Certified Arborist, NC Certified Plantsman, and a longtime member of the NC Urban Forest Council.

A North Carolina native, Nate previously served as a crew leader for the City of Cambridge in Ontario, Canada. An ISA Certified Arborist with Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), Nate combines strong scientific knowledge with over ten years of experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. He is also an experienced climber and crane operator.

Heath joined our team in 2025. Another NC State graduate, he holds a B.S. in Natural Resources. With a lifelong passion for the outdoors, Heath brings extensive management and customer service experience from his family's restaurant business, Captain Stanley's. He is committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Shannon joined our team in 2025 after relocating from Kentucky. He holds a B.S. in Forestry from the University of Kentucky and recently earned his ISA Certified Arborist credential. An experienced climber, he is a valuable member of our crew who brings a strong work ethic, technical skill, and a commitment to providing safe, professional tree care.
