Crew Member / Driver

Crew Member / Driver – Tree Care Operations

We’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our experienced tree care crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and is eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade.

Key Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to obtain a CDL within 45 days of hire
Dependable, safety-conscious, and drug-free
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred (but Not Required):
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Chainsaws and tree climbing
Tractors, skid steers (bobcats), and loaders
Chippers, dump trucks, cranes, and bucket trucks
General mechanical or equipment maintenance skills

Supervisor / Crew Leader

Supervisor / Crew Leader – Tree Care Operations

We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor / Crew Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong leader with excellent organizational skills who can effectively coordinate between sales, management, and field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations. ISA Certification is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

Coordinate crew assignments, equipment, tools, and materials to complete jobs efficiently, accurately, and profitably
Communicate regularly with sales and management regarding crew status, job progress, and equipment needs
Maintain systems to ensure equipment and facilities are clean, organized, and properly maintained
Oversee timely crew dispatch and identify opportunities to reduce labor costs

Safety

Enforce all company safety policies and ensure 100% compliance among crew members
Train employees on safe equipment operation and proper material handling
Ensure first aid readiness on all job sites and maintain necessary supplies
Complete and investigate accident reports promptly and thoroughly

Efficiency & Cost Control

Plan and execute jobs using the most efficient methods based on site conditions, season, crew, and equipment
Minimize waste by properly handling materials and chemicals
Monitor crew productivity and maximize the use of tools and equipment
Control overtime and reduce non-billable hours

Equipment & Materials

Ensure crews have the appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for each job
Maintain accountability for all company equipment and supplies
Verify proper use and operation of all equipment by crew members

Professional Image

Lead by example to maintain a professional appearance and behavior on all job sites
Promote pride in workmanship and a positive team culture
Represent the company positively to clients and the public
Address concerns internally with management in a professional manner

Arborist Representative

Arborist Representative – Sales & Consulting

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Arborist Representative to join our team in a consulting and sales role. This position is ideal for a knowledgeable arborist with a proven track record in client relations and sales, who is passionate about delivering high-quality tree care solutions.As an Arborist Representative, you will work closely with residential clients to assess tree health, recommend services, and manage projects from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to evaluate tree health, structure, and risk
Diagnose issues related to insects, disease, and overall tree care
Develop and present detailed proposals for tree care services
Manage jobs from sale through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinate with crews, supervisors, and management to execute work efficiently
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure all recommendations and work align with company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

ISA Certified Arborist (required)
Minimum 4 years of experience in the tree care industry
At least 2 years of experience in residential sales or client management
Degree and/or relevant experience in Forestry, Arboriculture, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of tree biology, insects, and diseases
Excellent communication and listening skills
Proven ability to follow through on projects and commitments
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Commitment to safety and professional standards
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
